Terms of Service

By accessing or using Requex.me (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.

Some features require an account via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In short, you may not use the Service to break the law, attack or abuse others, send spam, or harm the Service or its users.

You retain ownership of the workflows, configurations, and data you create or route through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and lawful basis to process any data you put into the Service.

AI-powered nodes send your data to an external AI provider and return generated output. AI output is provided "as is", may be inaccurate or incomplete, and must be independently verified before you rely on it. You are responsible for how you use AI output.

When you connect a third-party service (e.g. Slack, Discord, Shopify, Google, Instagram, email), your use of that service is governed by its own terms, and you authorize Requex to access and act on that service on your behalf as you configure. We are not responsible for third-party services.

API keys issued to you are personal and must be kept confidential. We may apply rate limits and other technical limits, and may throttle or restrict usage that threatens the stability or fair use of the Service.

The Service is provided without any service-level guarantee and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. The Service is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, they will be governed by separate billing terms presented at that time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or branding.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" version at the top, and we may ask you to re-accept. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
